Regular Terms & Conditions
A booking can be done through instant booking or inquiry booking depending on AllezGo Bali and vendor’s agreement and vendor’s service availability.
The product’s pricing is in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and other currencies but the final settlement will be in USD using exchange rates provided by bloomberg.com. For every successful booking transaction the user / buyer will get a voucher and receipt of payment through email. The voucher is a proof of valid transaction.

User / buyer should print the voucher or save the voucher in their gadget (e-voucher) as the user must show it to the AllezGo Bali staff. Payment security All payments using credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and Debit cards are processed via Payment Gateway as a payment processor secured by International Standard Security Scanning encrypted with 128 bit SSL.
Usage of vouchers policy The usage of vouchers should be according to AllezGo Bali terms and conditions and listed vendor’s terms and conditions. Listed vendors are the sellers that provide the products and / or services. Confirmation of bookings Bookings made online are confirmed and spaces will be blocked once (partial) payment is made and received by the company.
PAYMENTS
For payments we accept international bank transfers, Credit Card and Paypal. To avoid disappointment because space is not available on the requested day we suggest that payment is arranged at least one week before the intended day of the activity. Paypal payments can be made without any restriction until 24 hours before the date of the activity. In case a Paypal payment is made less than 24 hours before the tour: Paypal makes random payment reviews, after which the payment will be cleared or canceled by them. Payment reviews can take up to 24 hours, during which Paypal can still cancel the transaction. As long as the payment has not been received on the Paypal account the booking is considered as not being paid for yet.AllezGo Bali will block the requested spaces but payment must be settled by other means at the time of pick up.
Cancellation Policy :
- Cancellations made in D- 1 Day before scheduled arrival refund is 0%
- Cancellations made in 2 Day before scheduled arrival refund is 50%
- Cancellations made in 3 Day before scheduled arrival refund is 100%
Force Majeure :
AllezGo Bali under all normal weather conditions, which also can include rain. In case of rain or bad weather, we will check the condition first to see if it is safe to carry out the activity, if not, the activity will be canceled and the funds will be refunded.
Terms & Conditions – Diving Activity
1. Participant Requirements
- Minimum age is 10 years old (for certain beginner programs) or according to the requirements of the specific course.
- Participants must be in good physical health and free from medical conditions that may pose risks (e.g., heart problems, severe asthma, epilepsy, or respiratory disorders).
- A completed and signed Medical Form & Liability Release is required before diving.
- Participants with a medical history must provide a doctor’s clearance stating they are fit to dive.
2. Certification & Experience
- For fun dives, participants must present a valid diving certification (PADI, SSI, CMAS, or equivalent).
- For introductory dives / discover scuba diving, no certification is required, but participants must attend the briefing and basic training conducted by an instructor.
- The operator reserves the right to refuse participation if a diver is deemed unfit or unsafe.
3. Safety & Equipment
- Participants must follow all instructions given by the Dive Master / Instructor.
- Standard scuba equipment (BCD, regulator, tank, mask, fins, wetsuit, etc.) must be used and kept in proper condition.
- All dives must respect the depth and time limits according to the diver’s certification level and safety standards.
- Touching, disturbing, or damaging marine life and coral reefs is strictly prohibited.
4. Insurance & Risks
- Diving activities carry inherent risks, including injury, loss of belongings, or accidents.
- The operator is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items during the activity.
- Participants are strongly advised to have travel insurance / dive insurance that covers scuba diving.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made by participants less than 24 hours prior to the activity are generally non-refundable (subject to operator’s policy).
- The operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule dives due to weather, sea conditions, or safety reasons. In such cases, a reschedule or partial/full refund may be provided according to the operator’s policy.
6. Participant Responsibilities
- Arrive on time for briefing and preparation.
- Do not dive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Show respectful behavior towards instructors, staff, and other divers.
7. Post-Dive Conditions
- Participants must not fly on an airplane for at least 18–24 hours after their last dive to reduce the risk of Decompression Sickness (DCS).
- Avoid strenuous exercise or heavy physical activities for at least 6 hours after diving.
- Stay properly hydrated after diving.
- If any symptoms such as dizziness, joint pain, tingling, nausea, or shortness of breath occur after diving, participants must immediately report to the instructor/operator and seek medical attention.
- Adequate rest and recovery are strongly recommended after diving.
- The operator is not responsible for health issues resulting from the participant’s failure to follow post-dive instructions.
